He has worked in Property & Casualty for many years in a variety of positions, including product development roles in commercial, farm, and personal lines with industry advisory organizations and insurance companies, and he had an agency of his own.
Rich is a graduate of Delaware Valley College with a Bachelor of Science Degree.

Katharine Nohr, JD
Katharine M. Nohr, JD is licensed to practice law in Hawaii, the 9th Circuit Court, and the US District Court of Hawaii. She served as a per diem District Court Judge in Honolulu, continues to serve as an arbitrator and mediator, and previously served as an appellate hearings officer for USA Triathlon. She earned a B.A. from the University of Washington in Political Science and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Utah. Recently, Ms. Nohr earned a certificate from Harvard University in Business Strategy Execution and a certificate for the Oxford University Artificial Intelligence Programme.
She has practiced insurance defense litigation since 1988, and for many years has been providing CE education to insurance professionals including in 2024 four CE courses on the topic of Artificial Intelligence. Ms. Nohr has been a member of International Association of Insurance Professionals (IAIP) since 2002, and has held many IAIP leadership positions, including RVP of Region VIII.
