Cricky joined the Product Development Team at MSO, Inc. in 2022. She works within the Product Development process including program filings and program development, and manages the MSO YouTube channel.

She has many years of experience in a variety of Property & Casualty roles. Most recently, she was a Product Development/ Compliance Analyst at UPC Insurance in St. Petersburg, FL. She also worked as a multi-state Property Claims Adjuster with UPC. Previously, Cricky worked as a Senior Accounts Manager for insurance and loan underwriting risks at USAA, and as a Quality Assurance Auditor for Customer Service at Progressive Insurance.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, with a focus on sustainability, from Oregon State University. Cricky completed AINS coursework at The Institutes and holds an All Lines Adjuster License for Florida.
