Ms. Scites is CEO and President of MSO, Inc. She has been with MSO since 2007 and is a member of the MSO, Inc. Board of Trustees. Prior to MSO, Inc., Ms. Scites held senior management positions at AT&T as Vice President, Broadband and Corporate Strategy and as Vice President, Business Customer Care. As Vice President Business Customer Care she managed an organization of 17,000 with a budget over 1.4B. At Connecticut Mutual Ms. Scites served as President of Customer Service and served as President of Phoenix Equity Planning Corporation, a broker dealer, at Phoenix Mutual Life Insurance Company.

Ms. Scites has served on numerous boards, public and private, for over 30 years. She has been a member and Chair of Audit, Compensation, Nominating and Governance Committees. She is a member of the American, Connecticut, and New Jersey Bar Associations and is certified as a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU). Ms. Scites has a law degree from the University of Connecticut Law School and a BGS Degree from Ohio University.
