Mark has been part of MSO’s Actuarial Services Team since January 2025, collaborating on analysis for member company state filings and MSO projects. His work includes indication support for insurers, competitive market analysis, development of loss costs and rating factors, and composition of actuarial memorandums.

With more than 35 years in insurance and healthcare finance, Mark brings well-rounded experience to MSO. Past positions include Filing and Rating Specialist as well as Rate and Product Analyst posts at Union Mutual; various actuarial and finance support roles at Gifford Medical Center and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont; and Actuarial Analyst positions at Nationale-Nederlanden and National Council on Compensation Insurance.

He earned an MSA degree in Administration from Saint Michael’s College, and a BA in Mathematics and Economics from SUNY Potsdam. Mark is a CPCU and an ARe, and member of the CPCU Society – Vermont Chapter.
