Sue joined MSO in 1991 and is now Senior Vice President – Media, Client Relations, Product Development, National School Director. In addition to product development responsibilities including creation of manuals and forms for MSO as well as member companies, Sue has authored more than 200 articles for industry publications. She also provides educational seminars and webinars and is Director of MSO’s Continuing Education school which currently is expanding to a national basis.

Prior to MSO, Sue spent 14 ½ years in claims, new business development, managing a book of business, and office management for independent agencies.

She is active in a number of industry organizations, and is currently serving as International Secretary of the International Association of Insurance Professionals. She served as President of NJ Chapter of the CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) Society; Regional Vice President, NJ Council Director, and numerous terms as local IAIP of Central NJ Association President; and active member of several IAIP task forces. She is a long time member of the PAMIC Educational Seminars committee.

Sue has a B.S. Degree in Plant Science from Cook College, Rutgers University.
