Terri joined MSO in 2025. She updates forms and manuals for MSO and member companies, then filing through SERFF with appropriate state insurance departments. She works with Product and Actuarial team members for national roll out of MSO programs.

Most recently, Terri served as Compliance Manager at Cornerstone Insurance Producers, LLC. Prior to that she worked at Glatfelter Insurance Group, Reamstown Mutual Insurance Company, and Millers Insurance Group in operations, product development, and compliance. She has many years of experience interacting with state regulators in the P&C industry. Terri has been active in PAMIC and NAMIC; and is a member of the Association of Insurance Compliance Professionals (AICP), Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), and Insurance Internal Audit Group (IIAG).
