Trish joined the MSO team in 2007. As Corporate Secretary, her responsibilities include setting up Board and Committee Meetings and maintaining Corporate Governance books and legal records.

As VP of Compliance, she maintains the MSO Advisory/Rating Organization licenses Secretary of State Certificates of Authority. Trish is responsible for monitoring insurance regulatory and compliance changes across the country, annual reports, and various tax reporting. As a Senior Product Development Analyst, she develops and updates the various personal and commercial MSO insurance products nationwide.
